Mark Mandell is a Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Since joining the firm 1987 as a commercial property leasing and sales specialist.  Mark has represented the interests of tenants and property owners in the acquisition and disposition of commercial property in the New York metropolitan area, as well as throughout the U.S.  Located in C&W’s midtown Manhattan office since 1994, Mark’s primary focus is representing the interests of tenants in office leasing transactions. Mark has consistently ranked among the “Top 100” office leasing brokers for C&W nationally, including in 2011 and 2013, 2014 (Top 20), 2015 (Top 20), 2016 (Top 5) and 2017 (Top 10).

An alumnus of Boston University, Mark holds degrees in finance and economics. He has studied at New York University's Masters Program for Real Estate Investment, Development and Valuation, in addition to completing CCIM programs in real estate finance and analysis. Mark’s real estate advisory expertise has been cited in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and Crain’s New York Business. He lives in Manhattan with his wife Jennifer and two children, Maxwell and Olivia.
