Marlene has extensive experience with tenant improvement construction, workplace of the future design strategy and portfolio standardization.
Marlene holds 13 years of professional sales experience selling to a diverse client base, having previously served as an Account Executive at Consolidated Carpet and a Senior Contract Specialist at Patcraft, a commercial brand of Shaw Industries. Deeply knowledgeable of the Tri-State market, Marlene grew Patcraft’s territory presence and market share in Manhattan from the ground-up and rebuilt the company’s Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens markets, tripling sales within three years.
