Marlene L. Manzella is a Director in Brokerage Services in the Midtown Manhattan office of Cushman & Wakefield, where she works alongside veteran broker Pat Murphy, Executive Vice Chairman. Marlene holds 13 years of professional experience delivering high-quality service with comprehensive solution capabilities to commercial clients. She focuses on assisting corporate clients in negotiating new leases, renewals, expansions, lease dispositions and provides strategic advice on real estate transactions. Marlene has successfully worked on many challenging tenant representation assignments in New York and around the globe. She has completed major assignments on behalf of many well-known companies including: MetLife, The Walt Disney Company, KPMG, UBS Financial and Société Générale.
Marlene possesses a thorough understanding of the commercial construction process, from her former career as a contractor working with clients and alongside architects, interior designers and project managers. Marlene has extensive experience with workplace of the future and densification design strategy, portfolio standardization and tenant improvement construction.
Marlene is very involved in the commercial real estate community of New York. She serves as Chair of the CoreNet Newsletter Committee and is a member of the CoreNet Sponsorship Committee. Marlene serves on the Board of The International Interior Design Association IIDA and also serves as the Chair of the IIDA Institutional Forum.
