Profile

Martha joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director in the D.C. office in 2018. Prior to that, she served as a Vice President for Wells Fargo Bank, conducting appraisal reviews for Capital Markets with a concentration in retail and hospitality properties.

Martha was also the Founder and President of The Reimann Companies, Inc., a real estate advisory and appraisal firm in Virginia. In addition, she has successfully financed, developed, and managed a variety of commercial properties, including a 200-slip marina, hospitality, retail, land, and industrial properties.
