Maryanna McSwain joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS) in 1995 and serves as Senior Director focusing on Office and R&D Leasing and Sales.

Maryanna brings more than 38 years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience to the table. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Assistant Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield from 1988 to 1995 and an Office/R&D Specialist at Grubb & Ellis from 1979 to 1988. Maryanna also has a background in education and was a teacher in both Union School District and Long Beach School District from 1969 to 1979.
