Matt Palmer



Matt is a Partner within the City investment team of London Markets. He advises a range of UK and International clients on a range of acquisitions, investment and site sale instructions. He has a lot of experience in the emerging sub-markets around the City core. For 2018, Matt led four significant sales instructions, Bankside 2&3, SE1 for £366 million, 44 Featherstone Stone Street, EC1, that achieved £31.6 million, 2 Idol Lane, EC3 that achieved £21 million and Boundary House that sold for £10 million. 

In 2017, Matt led three significant sales instructions, 67 Lombard Street, EC3 that achieved £129.3 million, One Braham Street, E1 a large speculative office development that achieved £65m and 35 King Street, EC2 that sold for £19.5 million. Matt also acted on the acquisition of C-Space for Meadow Partners in Q4 2017 for £74 million.
