Matt Poreba has nine years of management consulting experience, more than half of which have been focused on assisting corporations with their location objectives. Matt has a proven track-record of linking strategic and operational business drivers to location choices. He provides board-level guidance on investment location evaluations for facilities and uses ranging from large factories to white collar operations to small branches. Mr. Poreba has organized and facilitated location-decision-related meetings in countries around the world, ranging in topic from high-level political discussions to technical site engineering considerations.
Whether exploring if facilities are in the right locations to maximize shareholder value, or evaluating operational cost structures in potential alternative markets, or determining the best site to enable attainment of timeline, incentives, and desired ongoing and one-time costs goals, Matt’s project management experience helps clients minimize project risk and ensures that industry-leading methodologies are applied to significant multi-functional corporate initiatives.
Matt joined C&W’s Global Business Consulting practice in 2008. Prior to C&W, Matt worked with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations Consulting practice from 2005 to 2008. Matt is a graduate of The University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business.
