As Senior Director and a member of the Office Services and Life Sciences teams, Matthew Seward brings with him more than 20 years of real estate experience. Since 2002, Matt successfully negotiated 839 transactions totaling more than 11 million square feet with an aggregate value of $2.4 billion. He primarily focuses on Tenant Representation in the Baltimore market.
As a member of the Life Sciences Practice Group, Matt also focuses on the real estate activity for this sector in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Clients include Johns Hopkins, Paragon Bioservices, Illumina, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Lonza, American Type Culture Collection, among others.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Seward worked for an MIA-certified commercial real estate appraiser, then sold residential real estate, where he was a top producer. This unique combination of research and valuation expertise, along with his sales achievements, provided Mr. Seward with a stellar foundation in the real estate industry.
