Ms. O’Boyle has also represented major landlords in these markets in the leasing of large laboratory and office complexes including The Landmark At Eastview in Tarrytown, New York, a 741,000-square-foot bioscience complex; Westchester One in White Plains, New York, an 850,000-square-foot Class-A office tower; High Ridge Park in Stamford, Connecticut, a 572,823-square-foot Class-A office park; 1133 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, New York, a 600,000-square-foot Class-A office complex; i.Park Norwalk in Norwalk, Connecticut, a 402,000-square-foot Class-A office park; 1 & 2 International Drive in Rye Brook, New York, a 200,000-square-foot office complex; 333 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, NY, a 600,000-sf office campus; One Pepsi Way in Somers, NY, a 528,000-sf Class-A office building; Chappaqua Crossing in Chappaqua, New York, a 500,000-square-foot Class-A office park; and 113 King Street in Armonk, New York, a 259,000-sf Class-A headquarters for MBIA.
Additionally, Ms. O’Boyle represented Kraft Foods in the sale of 333 Westchester Avenue and the Pepsi Bottling Group in the sale of One Pepsi Way. In fact, in the past five years, Ms. O’Boyle has been responsible for transactions totaling more than $1 billion in aggregate leasehold and sale value.
