Max Zessel joined Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. in 2010 as an Investment Research Analyst, quickly progressing into a full time sales professional in Office Leasing & Sales. Max had previously been a summer intern with the company for a few years prior to starting full time.
Since his transition into brokerage, Mr. Zessel has had the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most well respected tenants and landlords in the market. Specializing in investment sales and office leasing, his major responsibilities have progressed into financial analysis, deal support, lead tracking, creating new opportunities and lease negotiation.

Mr. Zessel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Victoria and is part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Metro Vancouver Suburban Advisory Group, a collection of agents working all real estate disciplines within the Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey and Langley municipalities.
