Meg Hardin brings more than 30 years of project and property management experience to her role as Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Project and Development Services (PDS) group. She provides expert project management of tenant-improvement and capital-improvement construction projects, leveraging her strategic planning skills, multi-tasking abilities, and service-oriented approach with clients. Her success has earned her the trust and loyalty of top property owners, corporate tenants, and real estate professionals. With extensive experience in managing all facets of commercial real estate, Meg holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute. She also is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Meg served as Regional Project Manager for Grubb & Ellis Management Services’ Texas area and as Portfolio Manager for a national call center account. Before that she was Vice President of Operations for Woodmont Property Management Co., where she oversaw a 2.5 million-square-foot office portfolio, and Vice President with Fults Realty Corp. in Houston, where she managed the regional office and directed operations of 2 million square feet of office and industrial space.
