Megan Williams is an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Bethesda, Maryland office. Focused on servicing C&W’s investor clients, she analyzes existing office buildings to assist senior brokers in strategically filling vacancies by qualifying prospective tenants, negotiating new leases/renewals, preparing and presenting detailed leasing activity reports for landlords, and researching market conditions.
Prior to joining C&W, Megan was as a Research Associate for CoStar Group, specializing in the Washington DC market. As a Researcher, she was responsible for capturing pertinent information including market fundamentals and trends, tenant movement, and market transactions. Previously, Megan worked in business development and recruiting for a national staffing firm and as a Project Manager for an e-Discovery services company, where she centered on legal and corporate clients.
Megan graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance, with a minor in economics, where she also served on the Women’s Lacrosse team as President, Captain, and Treasurer. Megan is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and Virginia. She is an active member of Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL), an internal professional development group dedicated to C&W professionals early in their real estate careers. In addition to CWFL, Megan coaches youth lacrosse for a Montgomery County recreation league known as Potomac Power, formerly named Check it Out.
