Mike is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield with over 30 years of brokerage experience focused in the office building sector. Mike joined the firm in 1990 and been consistently recognized as a top producer in the Phoenix office and enjoys a diverse area of practice areas including tenant representation, office agency and project development, investment sale transactions and land sale transactions. Over his career, Mike has completed sale and lease transactions totaling over $3.5 Billion in consideration and has advised his developer and institutional clients on the development of more than 5.5 million square feet of office and back office flex space. As a result of Mike’s extensive involvement with new development projects, he has negotiated numerous lease and build-to-suit transactions with very prominent companies including regional operation centers with Humana, Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, Brookfield Residential, Wells Fargo, Pulte Homes, American Express, and the corporate headquarters for University of Phoenix.
