Michael Lerner is a Senior Director, Capital Markets Group and is part of the Davis Team, based in the firm’s Orlando office. In this capacity Mr. Lerner is responsible for institutional quality office and industrial sales throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Lerner has 20 years of diverse real estate experience, both as an investment broker and principal, involving more than $5 billion in real estate. Mr. Lerner has developed an impressive client roster which includes many of the top domestic and foreign pension fund advisors, REITS, life insurance companies, and private investment firms.

Mr. Lerner has extensive capital markets experience serving as a senior investment broker with Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ Rockwood where he was responsible for the sale of institutional quality real estate throughout Florida. In addition, Mr. Lerner has broad experience as a principal having held senior positions at Eola Capital, a privately held office investment and operating firm headquartered in Orlando, and America’s Capital Partners, a privately held office investment and operating firm headquartered in Miami.

Mr. Lerner served as Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions at Eola Capital where he was responsible for implementing the firms’ acquisition and disposition strategies throughout the Southeast. As Regional Director at America’s Capital Partners, Mr. Lerner was responsible for all acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management in Central and North Florida.

Mr. Lerner holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Florida.
