Michelle McMurray joined Cushman & Wakefield in May 2016 as a Research Analyst in the Industrial sector. She is responsible for providing market data, analytics, forecasting, and data interpretation to assist Cushman & Wakefield with executing client services and business development. She specializes in industrial, corporate services, and land research acting as a strategic partner with those brokerage teams and their clients. She facilitates in interpreting and presenting real estate trends and information, client support, as well as distributing thought leadership pieces in the form of presentations, narratives, graphics, and reports.
Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Michelle was a market analyst at a small valuation company where she specialized in evaluating market feasibility for existing and proposed independent living, assisted living, memory care, age-restricted apartments, and multi-family projects across the United States. Prior to that, she was a real estate analyst for Bloomin’ Brands, the parent company for Outback, Carrabba’s, and Bonefish. At Bloomin’ Brands, she assisted the development and site selection team in ad hoc reporting, country-wide market plans, and running pro-formas.
