Initiation in to the commercial real estate business began in 1983 hired by The Widewaters Group as a Class A Developer’s (in-house) Exclusive Leasing Representative until 1990. Deals included (a) 30,000 SF insurance transaction, (a)15,000 SF technology lease transaction, and others.
Transitioned in 1990 as a commercial real estate sales person for Pyramid Brokerage Company specializing in Class A office space (sales and leasing). Deals included selling a 50,000 SF building for a Class A rehab inducing the Buyer / User / Developer with a 40,000 SF office lease with New York State Department of Labor. Other work included leasing in the legal sector and the public utility sector.
The appointment of Director of Sales began in 1993 with responsibility to the Syracuse (NY) office with 25 agents, opening the Utica Office with 5 Agents, and the Watertown office with 2 Agents.
