Initiation in to the commercial real estate business began in 1983 hired by The Widewaters Group as a Class A Developer’s (in-house) Exclusive Leasing Representative until 1990. Deals included (a) 30,000 SF insurance transaction, (a)15,000 SF technology lease transaction, and others.
Transitioned in 1990 as a commercial real estate sales person for Pyramid Brokerage Company specializing in Class A office space (sales and leasing). Deals included selling a 50,000 SF building for a Class A rehab inducing the Buyer / User / Developer with a 40,000 SF office lease with New York State Department of Labor. Other work included leasing in the legal sector and the public utility sector.
Mr. Kalet coaches a 25 associate sales team in the Syracuse, NY office, a 5 associate sales team in the Utica, NY office and a 2 associate sales team in the Watertown, NY office.
