Mina Shehata joined Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office in 2015 as an Associate, supporting Robert Rudin, Vice Chairman and David DeMatteis, Senior Director. He focuses on implementing corporate real estate strategies tailored to clients’ objectives, and represents landlords on select agency leasing assignments. Mina is also involved in Cushman & Wakefield’s partnership with Montclair State University, in which he acts as a career counselor and participates in student teaching.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mina worked as a commercial real estate sales agent with Samir Realty, where he handled multiple lease and sale transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants for office and industrial requirements.
In addition to his work in real estate, Mina’s passion for classic cars has enabled him to build a business restoring, appraising, selling, and collecting classic American muscle cars. Prior to his real estate career, Mina handled several international transactions involving rare investment grade automobiles shipped to buyers all over the world.
