As an Account Director for the Transaction Management division of the Corporate Occupier & Investor Services team, Neil McDonough is responsible for delivering day to day strategic real estate solutions to clients such as Ernst & Young, Investors Group Financial Services and Canadian Blood Services.
Neil has more than 15 years of National Strategic Account Management experience and has had the unique opportunity to work as both a corporate services professional and as a broker. As a result, Neil is able to advise clients effectively while also ensuring that they meet their corporate process requirements and metrics. Neil has successfully completed transactions in 9 provinces and over 45 municipalities during his 15 year plus career. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Neil was a member of the Enterprise Solutions Group at Avison Young, and an Account Manager at Brookfield Johnson Controls.
