Profile

Nick Campbell started with the firm in October of 2004 as a Marketing Specialist. In 2007 he was appointed Marketing Associate, in 2011 was promoted to Senior Marketing Associate for the Tampa office, and in 2016 was promoted to Marketing Manager for the state of Florida.  In this role, he oversees the Sales Support activities across the four marketing departments within Florida in Tampa, Orlando, Boca Raton and Miami. Locally he is responsible for scheduling incoming projects from the 30+ brokers in the office and oversees the development and coordination of all marketing materials including proposals, presentations, offering memorandums, property brochures, and broker collateral. During his tenure, Nick has worked on a wide variety of projects in all facets of commercial real estatePrior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nick worked as a lead designer for Southeast Publications in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for five years.


Education:

  • Nick graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2001 with his bachelor’s degree in graphic design.

Awards & Associations

During his time with Cushman & Wakefield, Nick has received the Rookie of the Year award from National Marketing and received the Most Valuable Player of Year in 2005, 2007, 2011 and 2014 from the Tampa office.

Assignments

  • Disposition - Created the marketing collateral for the sale of Tampa City Center, a 870,000 SF Class A high-rise in Tampa’s CBD which closed at record $128.2 million
  • Agency Leasing – Worked with the ownership of Tampa City Center to rebrand the asset, develop new marketing materials including property marketing flyers, window clings, and website.
  • Tenant Representation - Created a qualifications package for high-profile CBD tenant, Deloitte to win the business and since designed customized tour books to help facilitate the requirement
