Noah is responsible for sourcing and managing the sale of income producing assets and urban development land within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group.
Since joining the firm in 2007, Noah has led transactions exceeding $900 million of commercial assets and six million square feet of residential/commercial density. Currently, Noah acts on behalf of several publicly traded real estate companies, Fortune 500 companies and governmental agencies including, Toronto Lands Corporation, York Region (and Catholic) District School Boards, the Anglican Diocese of Toronto, General Electric, HSBC Bank, IBM Canada, Humber River Hospital and Metrolinx.
Recognized as a Top 10 producer within Cushman & Wakefield’s National Office, Noah has been consistently been awarded with Presidents Round Table status and received various awards of distinction within and outside the firm.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Noah held positions with an engineering consultant, a financial institution as well as a notable GTA developer. Noah sits on the Municipal Funding & Infrastructure committee for the Real Property Association of Canada (RealPAC), regularly speaks at real property conferences and is actively involved with several charitable foundations.
