Patricia Lohmus, B. Comm., MBA, is a Financial Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. Patricia works with both Gary Williams, AACI, Senior Vice President, and Chris Vardon, AACI, Vice President, in Valuation & Advisory and Nick Yanovski, MBA, AACI, Managing Director, in Capital Markets. Patricia focuses on research and analysis for single and portfolio asset assignments including a variety of office, industrial, and retail properties. Patricia’s role includes market and financial analysis of real estate assets both locally and across Canada.
Patricia has worked on a wide variety of valuation assignments that have included the analysis of investment and institutional grade assets for the purposes of financial due diligence, valuation and quarterly IFRS reporting, and confidential information memorandums. Patricia has also worked with a variety of clients with valuation projects for IPO purposes including Canadian Tire and Loblaws.
Patricia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and her Masters of Business Administration from Dalhousie University. Patricia is currently working on completing the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and her AACI designation.
