Patrick joined Cushman and Wakefield in January 2019 following an eight year tenure with Colliers International. Patrick specializes in the representation of tenants, buyers, and institutional Landlords throughout the State of Washington, as well as consulting and administering several national client portfolios throughout the United States. Patrick is recognized as one of the top industrial brokers in the greater Seattle industrial market, and has been a market leader in overall transaction volume over the course of his career.

Patrick was named Colliers International Rookie of the Year in 2012, and was recognized as the highest grossing Rookie in the regions history. Patrick has received Co-Star Power Broker distinction every year of his career, and was recognized as a top regional producer annually while at Colliers International.
