Paul Carlson is an experienced professional in the commercial real estate industry with more than 33 years in the Portland market. During his tenure with C&W, Paul has managed transactions totaling nearly 20 million square feet and valued at $750 million. He began his real estate career with WICO agency, Inc. as President of the manufacturer’s representative agency.

He joined Cushman & Wakefield in May of 1980 as a Director of Industrial Brokerage Services. Specializing in industrial transactions in Southwest Portland, Paul also represents clients interested in high technology and distribution properties. Paul has been a Top Five Producer and Industrial leader for many years.
Paul graduated from the University of Oregon in 1970 with a degree in Finance. Over the past 33 years, Paul has offered his expertise to the education community, participating and instructing several professional courses. Paul is a member of the Greater Portland/Vancouver Commercial Association of Realtors, a past president of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, the West Side Economic Alliance and the Portland Chamber of Commerce.
Paul is also active in the community. He is a Past Board Member of Columbia Edgewater Country Club and the Oregon Club of Portland, (The University of Oregon). He is a member of the Boys & Girls Aid Society and on the Parent Advisory Board at Jesuit High School. Paul was instrumental in establishing the SIOR-Charles D. Cota Scholarship Fund at the University of Oregon.
