Paul G. Fagan is a Founding Principal at San Antonio Commercial Advisors and has been a commercial real estate broker in San Antonio since 1981.
Mr. Fagan focuses on two primary areas:
Working with office and industrial occupiers to analyze their requirements and align their real estate commitments with their business strategy. Such alignments can include in-place renewals, relocation, expansion, downsizing, subleasing, site selection, new development, acquisition of existing assets, disposition of owned assets and sale lease-backs.
Working with investors to maximize their returns. Strategies include acquisitions, dispositions, asset repositioning, asset redevelopment, project leasing and consultation on new development
Mr. Fagan has successfully closed over 1,000 leases and sales in excess of $225,000,000. While the majority of his work has been in the San Antonio market, he has negotiated transactions all over the U.S. and as far away as Shanghai, China.
• Represented KCI in the San Antonio market and beyond from 2001 to 2012, negotiating transactions totaling over 1M square feet and valued at $135M, including two headquarters transactions (2002 sale/leaseback and 2011 built-to-suit) and leases locally and internationally.
• THE OFFICES AT FORT SAM HOUSTON - Key player on team responsible for one of the city’s largest adaptive reuse efforts and the first of its kind Enhanced Use Lease with the US Army. Directly responsible for negotiating 300,000 square feet of leases valued in excess of $70M.
