Paul has been in the real estate business for eighteen years and focuses primarily on the Greater Boston Suburban Office, Industrial and R&D markets, specifically the I-495 and I-90 corridors. He has represented numerous tenants, institutional and local investors in the leasing and sale of office, R&D and light manufacturing space.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Paul was a Partner at Transwestern and a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company where he was involved in numerous suburban headquarters leases and sales including Boston Scientific.
