Paul joined Cushman & Wakefield in Austin in 2017 as senior vice president of asset services. He brings with him more than 26 years of real estate experience and is currently responsible for the office; industrial, and retail product types for various owners including institutional, private and value-add operators. His responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading teams, overseeing the quality control of all properties managed in Austin, San Antonio and El Paso, and working with management teams to ensure best-in-class service.
Paul offers management experience in commercial real estate, hotels, facility, new construction, and property renovations. He has managed staffs of two to 250, and has extensive background in the financial arena of commercial real estate, including single and multiple property portfolios. Prior to joining C&W, Paul served as associate director for CBRE where he was responsible for property management personnel who manage approximately 2.7 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space, including downtown historic properties, Class A suburban, industrial flex and manufacturing warehouse space.
Other prior experience includes working with firms such as Lincoln Property Company, Kucera Management and Capstone Real Estate. Paul began his career in the hotel industry serving in various management positions with the Hyatt Hotel Corporation.
