As Managing Director, Asset Services, Paul works closely with Cushman & Wakefield’s major
institutional clients to assist with enhancing property management operations and executing
strategic initiatives. Acting as the main contact and point of escalation, he provides national portfolio
support and implements policies, procedures and best practices to ensure consistent service delivery
across markets.


With almost 30 years of real estate experience, Paul offers extensive management expertise in all
areas of commercial real estate, including finance, single assets and multiple property portfolios,
hotels, new construction and property renovations. Paul joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 as
Managing Director of Asset Services for the Central Texas markets. Prior to joining Cushman &
Wakefield, Paul served as an Associate Director at CBRE where he was responsible the management
of approximately 2.7-million-square-feet of office, retail and industrial space, including downtown
historic properties, Class-A suburban office, industrial flex and manufacturing warehouse space.
