Paul has experience working in Commercial Real Estate Services (CRES) in the Netherlands and Vietnam. He has a background in industrial and logistic real estate services, broad experience working in asset management as well as an underlying provincial investment role. These have enabled him to conduct his role as director of industrial and logistic services to a high degree of quality. Paul brings multi-disciplinary qualifications conjoined with 16 years of experience and expertise to the table. Initially he specialized in office and retail before gradually transitioning in to industrial and logistic real estate in Vietnam. He has been actively consulting foreign investors from western players in Europe and the US with investment interests within Vietnam.
In his 9 years with Becamex Binh Duong, the largest Vietnamese state owned conglomerate, he witnessed Binh Duong province transform into a bustling industrial city. Becamex Binh Duong is a large infrastructure developer in industrial zones and townships. His experience with them has enabled him to build strong relationships with local and foreign governments as well as enterprises. He is very well respected within these circles.
Paul played an important role in the conception of the Smart Region Strategy over 5 years ago. He identified the Brainport region/Eindhoven in the Netherlands Property Management and Maintenance from Zadkine College of Rotterdam in 2006 as a partner to help design a strategy to develop a value-added economy in Binh Duong.
In December 2017, backed by Becamex and Eurocham he initiated and launched ESV (EuroCham Southeastern Vietnam) Chapter.
