Philip is Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Skill Head for the Project Management & Consultancy Team.  He has a wide experience in delivering both project and building consultancy services to the public sector, corporate occupier and investment sectors in both UK and Europe.  Philip also has experience in the project management of major projects for commercial and bespoke public sector use up to £40 m in value and advises both occupier and investor clients on property due diligence, exit strategies, fit outs and refurbishments.  He has lead several multi skilled framework commissions on behalf of Central Government Departments in estates management and project delivery.

Chartered Surveyor with 35 years professional experience.   A high skilled Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager and UK Skill Head for Cushman & Wakefield Project Management and Consultancy Team, with a wide experience in delivering both project and building consultancy services to the public, corporate occupier and investment sectors in both UK and Europe.  Experience in the project management and contract administration of major projects for commercial and bespoke public sector use, up to £25 m in value and advises occupier and investor clients on property due diligence, exit strategies, fit outs and refurbishments.  Has lead several multi skilled framework commissions on behalf of Central Government Departments.

  • Advising occupier clients on estate rationalisation and efficient working practices
