In 2009 Quint graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. There he played volleyball and was also involved in many community activities and organizations such as Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Habitat for Humanity. Shortly after graduation he began his commercial real estate career at the Charles Company.
Quint’s initial focus was on asset management and the daily operations of commercial retail centers. Shortly thereafter he was managing over 15 centers throughout Southern California totaling over one million square feet of real estate. He continued his focus on big box retail centers and also become involved with the management of county facilities for the City of Los Angeles.
From there he transitioned to the leasing department for the Charles Company. Quint concentrated primarily on small office and retail where he completed many short and long term deals. He managed a multi- tenant month to month office building on Santa Monica Boulevard where he oversaw leasing on behalf of the landlord for over two years. He continued to represent tenants and landlords throughout the Westside completing over 100 lease transactions while he also managed a large portfolio throughout Southern California.
After 3 years at the Charles Company Quint joined the Cushman & Wakefield South Bay Office team as a Senior Associate both representing tenants and landlords. Here he specializes in the representation of clients throughout Southern California. Some of Quint’s current clients include; Omninet, RREEF, Prologis, Jamison Properties, The Charles Company, The Muller Company, Equity Office Properties, Onni Group, Arden, Brookfield, CW Capital, Breather, Pioneer, School of Rock, Aegion Energy, UBS, Synacor, JK Imaging, AmeriNat, UCLA, Cross Country Healthcare, Platform LA, and CJ Foodville. Over the past four years Quint has been involved in over 375 transactions totaling over 2,000,000 square feet. He also focuses on generating new business and marketing where he has proven to excel in both.
