Ramiro is in charge of giving insights of the property markets to all kinds of stake holders such as asset managers, landlords, tenant and top managers. The scope of his analysis is set at national, regional and local levels, but with a European perspective. He writes reports on real estate economics, capital markets and occupier markets.
As leader the research team he aims to deliver different formats of market research that include forecasting, slide decks, interviews with general and specialised press as well as participation in different economics and real estate forums.
Ramiro has a PhD in Economics (Complutense University) with a doctoral dissertation on quantitative economics in real estate. He regularly participates in international forums, presenting works for the Spanish Economic Association, European Real Estate Society (ERES) and the American Real Estate Society (ARES).
