Rene Serin began his career with J.J. Barnicke Ltd. (Cushman & Wakefield) in 2006. He is a Vice President, a member of the Chairman’s circle (JJ Barnicke) and a current member of the President’s Roundtable (C/W) which recognizes significant accomplishments and contribution to the company. Rene has completed significant transactions across the GTA from Toronto to Burlington. He has negotiated for over 3.5 Million SF in residential mixed use development projects, 1.5 Million SF in lease transactions and over $200 Million in real estate asset sales providing both Buyer/Tenant and Vendor/Landlord representation services.
Rene’s extensive experience covers the full spectrum of strategic sourcing & negotiation for buyers, tenant advocacy & strategic occupancy planning on behalf of tenants and project leasing and disposition services for vendors and landlords.
With a focused approach and keen market insight, Rene is currently recognized as being highly skilled in sourcing infill development opportunities across the GTA which comply with the Provincially mandated intensification mandate. Developers and real estate investors have leveraged Rene’s experience and ability to add value to their own real estate interests throughout the region.
