Rich Hamilton serves
as Managing Director and Practice Lead for the Cushman & Wakefield's 3PL Specialty Practice
Group. Based out of the firm's Rosemont office, home
base for Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Logistics & Industrial Services
team, Rich brings a diverse professional background including experience in
Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Third Party Logistics and Industrial Real
In his role, Rich teams with industrial brokers, research, strategic consulting and St. Onge Company, as well as the other specialty practice groups and service lines to provide third party logistics clients with the strongest set of real estate services focused on their unique needs and requirements.
Prior to joining
Cushman, Rich served as First Vice President, Global Customer Solutions at
Prologis. Joining Prologis in 2005, Rich focused his efforts on the 3PL
vertical as well as occupiers in the manufacturing, retail and consumer goods
industries. Responsibilities included: identifying BTS and new leasing
opportunities; negotiating economic and lease terms; negotiating renewals and
insuring overall customer satisfaction.
Previously Rich held senior management positions in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Strategic Account Management with DSC Logistics based in Chicago. During his career, he has also held positions of increasing responsibility in Supply Chain and Logistics with Nestle USA.
