Richard Henry is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance practice. He is responsible for arranging first-trust financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and joint venture equity for investors across the Southeast.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Henry spent 12 years with J.P. Morgan in a variety of roles including CMBS loan origination and underwriting where he closed over $2 billion in loan volume. Most recently, Mr. Henry served as Vice President and was responsible for both underwriting and asset management of special situations loan opportunities as well as repo facility management at J.P. Morgan, where he underwrote and closed more than $700 million of large transitional balance sheet loans with construction components and complex capital structures, and managed three repo facilities with approximately 30 positions totalling more than $485 million of J.P. Morgan exposure.
