Mr. Jantz is a highly experienced real estate executive who routinely demonstrates the expertise required to lead diverse teams of professionals to achieve client driven project goals. Over the past 22 years, he has provided unsurpassed hands on experience providing strategic real estate advisory services; project management operations; planning; and process engineering for hundreds of clients over millions of square feet both nationally and internationally.
Richard is classically trained as an architect studying for his Master’s degree in Florence, Italy and the sensibilities ingrained in that training has informed his approach to construction and project management.
After an introduction to the real estate and construction industry in two of the largest construction firms in New York City, Richard was the first employee at Quartararo & Associates, Inc. As the firm grew, his role was expanded to take the expertise that he developed in serving his clients to the entire Operation. As part of that effort, Richard standardized the best practices of the firm and published a Project Management Manual that was the basis of a training program written and delivered to the 50 employees of the firm. During his tenure at Q&A Richard ran the team that constructed Time Warner Center including the one million square foot condominium for the Time Warner business units and the 2.7 million square foot tower.
Soon after the acquisition of Q&A by real estate services giant Jones Lang LaSalle, Richard was named Senior Vice President and was awarded the Madison Square Garden assignment with the goal of renovating the dated arena. Throughout his tenure at JLL, the expertise he brought to project management standardization was applied to a global effort to build an online system that would support the best practices in the firm. Richard was a key member of a 10-person committee that further refined best practices, built a technology platform to support those practices, and trained thousands of project managers across the country.
Recently, Integrity Consulting Group was acquired by Cushman and Wakefield and named the Executive Managing Director leading the Tri-State Region for Project and Development Services.
Driven by a desire to better serve his clients, Richard operates with three Hallmarks:
