Richard works in London Markets where he co-heads the Central London Capital Markets team. Richard advises a large range of sovereign, institutional and private clients across the full range of capital markets services.
Richard worked for 23 years in the West End Investment team at CBRE, specialising in the disposal and acquisition of large complex mixed used estates.
As part of this role Richard pioneered the ‘total diligence pre-pack’ for major investment sales and carries this philosophy through to all client instructions where maximising the opportunity with minimal execution risk is the priority.
