In addition to Tenant Representation, Rico supports select assets within the team’s 4 million square-foot agency portfolio, including an array of ownership types & properties, from glass and steel ground-up developments to pre-war creative loft redevelopments. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Rico gained real estate experience through a partnership with a boutique tenant representation firm in Manhattan, where he was instrumental to the company’s success by growing its client base and developing new brokerage professionals. It was here that he cultivated granular market knowledge by completing transactions in various asset classes throughout greater New York City.
