A Director with Cushman & Wakefield, Rob Bain has over two years of commercial real estate experience at Cushman & Wakefield. Specializing in Downtown Denver tenant representation, Mr. Bain assists office users during their search and lease negotiation process, portfolio management, and workplace strategy development. Working alongside Mr. Todd Wheeler and Mr. Steve Billigmeier, Mr. Bain was named Cushman & Wakefield's 2016 “Rookie of the Year.” Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in Denver, Mr. Bain interned in the San Francisco office where he supported market leaders focusing on both agency listings and tenant representation.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield's Denver office in 2015, Mr. Bain has assisted his team in completing some of the largest office leases in Denver, including: QEP Resources (109,500 RSF), IHS Markit (96,566 RSF), Zimmer Biomet (105,680 RSF), and Sierra Nevada Corporation (286,200 RSF).
Mr. Bain earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College. He was also a member of the varsity baseball team, where he was a 4-year starting pitcher. Additionally, Mr. Bain served an active role in the Davidson Investment & Financial Association and continues to maintain close ties with the College. Mr. Bain lives in the Union Station neighborhood, is a certified Scuba diver, and enjoys golf.
