Rob has been in the real estate business for 12+ years and provides leasing services for tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston suburban market, with a focus in 128 south/central and the inner suburbs. He is focused on the leasing and sale of office, flex and industrial space, with a goal of assisting clients in advancing their corporate objectives through strategic real estate counsel.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rob was a Partner with Transwestern | RBJ and held accounting positions with KPMG and Leerink Swann & Company.

Rob has finalized over 50 lease and sale transactions in each of the last 6 years and has exclusively represented the area’s top tier institutional and local developer landlord entities on high-profile suburban assignments while balancing a steady tenant representations practice spanning office, lab and industrial clientele.

Representative Landlord clients include UBS, National Development, The Davis Companies, L&B Realty, KS Partners, Jumbo Capital, DivcoWest, KBS Realty Advisors, Sun Life, and Hudson Advisors.

Representative Tenant clients include Berkshire Bank, Microchips Biotech, National Grid, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Tighe Logistics, Abex Transportation, Conquest Funds, Trillium and Fit Factory.
