Bobby Carrozzo is a Senior Associate in the Capital Markets division of Cushman & Wakefield working alongside Robert Burton, Senior Managing Director, focusing on middle market investment sales. To date, Bobby has been actively involved in the procurement, valuation, marketing and sale of over $500 million of commercial property across the New York Metro area. He has systematically developed partnerships with clients and has advised long time owners, institutional investors and high net worth clients on the laws and policies involved with owning and selling commercial real estate.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield he worked at a technology start-up as a Business Development Associate, personally driving more acquisitions than anyone else on the team and surpassing the company’s original target. When faced with complex issues regarding the facilitation of individual deals, he developed creative solutions which helped to create win-win scenarios for all parties involved.
During his time at Cornell, he was a Founding Father of his Fraternity and Pledge Class President of his Pre-professional Fraternity. As an alumnus, he acts as an Employer in Residence where he performs mock interviews and conducts career conversations for students interested in pursuing real estate brokerage, acquisitions or dispositions.
