With over 10 years experience in industrial brokerage in the Central new Jersey Marketplace, Bob's primary focus has been in the sale and leasing of land, warehouse/distribution  facilities and manufacturing properties in Middlesex, Union, Somerset and Monmouth Counties. 

Bob has proven himself to be fully qualified in either tenant or owner representation and has a comprehensive understanding of issues that impact both sides of a real estate transaction.  He understands that factors driving business decisions pertaining to real estate transactions go well beyond simple market conditions.   Transportation and fuel costs, logistics considerations and the availability of an adequate labor pool can all have a significant bottom-line impact on an organization and need to be considered when making real estate decisions.  Bob believes that it is imperative to develop a complete understanding of his client's business goals in order for him to work in their best interest and provide the " Value Added Service" that the business community demands in today's competitive environment.

Bob spent 22 years at a fortune 100 company and interacted on a daily basis with clients from all over the world.  This experience formed the foundation that enabled him to enter the field of commercial real estate with the ability to quickly develop an understanding of his client's needs and to focus on finding the appropriate solution.
