Robert Donnelly Jr. joined Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. in 2002, specializing in commercial leasing and sales. 

As a member of the Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group, Robert has been involved in more than $1.9 billion of property sales including corporate and investment properties. Since 2004, he has led the Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group’s expansion into middle-market transactions less than $20 million. With the team, he has completed 39 middle-market sale transactions at a value of over $282 million with an average deal size of $7.3 million.

Robert received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration – Marketing with a minor in Computer Science from Appalachian State University, North Carolina.
