Robert P. Garber joined CRESCO Real Estate as a Principal in 2003 with a solid background in the real estate industry after completing eighteen (18) successful years with several national real estate firms.
While representing a wide array of landlords and tenants over the years, Bob has amassed extensive experience involving lease term negotiations including rental rates, options, tenant improvements, tax and lease abatements and lease article modifications. Additionally, his broad knowledge of the complexities of property disposition, acquisition, value analysis, build-to-suit and land development have greatly aided in the success of many property transfers and transactions. Bob has also negotiated for his clients, large tax abatement packages with various governmental authorities saving millions of dollars on real estate, personal property and payroll taxes.

Bob has been nominated four (4) times for “Broker of the Year,” winning that honor in 2010 and 2008. Additionally, Bob has received prestigious awards for top “Investment Deal of the Year” 2008; “Industrial Transaction of the Year” 2008; and “Traveling Gun Award for Office Transaction” 2007. Bob received an honorable mention for the “Traveling Gun award for Investment Deal of the Year” 2010. Since 2004, Bob has annually achieved the CoStar “”Power Broker” award presented to the top brokers once a year.
