Bob Robers is a Senior Director of the firm’s Industrial Brokerage Services group. He is experienced in sales, leasing and development in Atlanta, Savannah and throughout the Southeast. Bob's 25 years of Supply Chain and Industrial Real Estate experience is truly unique in the brokerage world. His expertise in rail design and development has been recognized by both Norfolk Southern and CSX railroads. He also provides strategic supply chain and site selection consulting services for manufacturing, distribution and logistics firms across the United States.

Bob’s satisfied clients range in diversity and include major retailers, manufacturers and logistics firms such as Volkswagen, Caterpillar, Yamaha, Mohawk Industries, Pratt Industries, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Walgreens, Safavieh, LifeScience Logistics, Expeditors, American Red Cross and Bridgestone Firestone.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bob served as senior vice president with Transwestern and JLL. He has also held key managerial positions with UPS Supply Chain Solutions and CSX Transportation.
