Robert Rudin joined Cushman & Wakefield’s letting team in Munich as a Senior Consultant in September 2013. In addition, he provides support to the Munich Industrial Agency department. He is responsible for brokerage for prospective tenants as well as acquisition of letting mandates.
Robert Rudin began his real estate career in 1994, acquiring prospective tenants at a regional real estate agency and development company in Munich. In 1996 he followed the Managing Director in the founding of a small real estate agency, with responsibility for commercial letting. After four years he switched to international real-estate service provider DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung and broadened his spectrum to encompass international business. He subsequently worked for Knight Frank in Munich, whence the entire team switched after three months to IC Immobilien Consulting. Here Robert was highly successful as Landlord Representative. From 2008 to 2012 he was with regional real estate firm Comreal GmbH with responsibility for letting and acquisition of investors for purchase mandates. Latterly he was with the newly-founded real estate agency KEYLCONNECT GmbH.
