Bob Stanion is an industry leader in Kansas City and is responsible for the oversight of the one million square foot portfolio for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). His responsibilities include direct supervision of a team of dedicated associates responsible for the management and leasing of thirty-two medical office locations serving nine hospital campuses. He is a key leader supporting to align real estate operations with hospital administration strategies. His team responds to tenant/physician requests while coordinating capital construction, lease negotiations, TIF reporting requirements, marketing, monthly financial reporting, annual budgets, maintenance and contracted services. Committed to a detailed process and regular self-audit, Bob annually certifies client compliance with federal anti-kickback and Stark regulations.
Bob began his career in commercial real estate as a property manager for Quadrangle Development overseeing the management of one million square feet of class A office and industrial properties. He transitioned to KeyBank Real Estate Capital to handle the asset management responsibilities for a portfolio of 43 LIHTC properties located in 16 states. His experience also includes managing 1.6 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space for REIT Management & Research in the Kansas City and Dallas/Fort Worth markets. Most recently Bob handled the lease renewal responsibilities and oversight of the lease administration staff for American Multi-Cinema, Inc. which totaled 386 theaters all across the country. Bob has handled lease transactions with many national companies including IBM, Sprint, Kraft Foods, Quest Diagnostics, ADP and Bank of America.
