Profile

Based out of Atlanta, Rob Stuart manages Cushman & Wakefield’s marketing and communications efforts and staff for the firm’s Southeast region. Comprising more than 10 graphic designers and writers in offices from the Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida, he leverages 30 years of commercial real estate experience to provide strategic business development support, oversee internal and external communications programs, and the development of property marketing materials.

Before re-joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Stuart spent seven years with Transwestern, where he was responsible for the marketing, communications, and research support services for the firm’s Southeastern offices. Before that, he was with the Atlanta office of CB Richard Ellis, where he oversaw an in-house staff of 10 technical writers, graphic artists, and market researchers. He also directed the activities of external consultants such as public relations firms, advertising agencies, and commercial printers. Mr. Stuart was there for six years, including his tenure with Insignia/ESG, which was acquired by CBRE in 2003.

Before joining Insignia/ESG, Mr. Stuart was the director of corporate communications for Lend Lease in Atlanta (as well as Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, which was purchased by Lend Lease in 1997). In that role, he provided marketing support and served as the corporate spokesperson for media inquiries relating to the firm’s real estate investments across the United States. Prior to that, Mr. Stuart was the regional communications coordinator for the Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he provided sales support to the firm’s Southeastern region of offices. He began his real estate career in Atlanta with Carter & Associates.
