Bob Van Wormer is Senior Director in the firm’s Raleigh-Durham, NC office and focuses his practice on representing corporate owners and tenants located in the Triangle and across the U.S. With 30 years in corporate real estate and brokerage, he has completed several hundred lease, purchase, disposition and consulting assignments, including several large and complex regional and headquarters projects. 

Mr. Van Wormer’s clients span a broad range of industries, including software and technology, not-for-profit, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, insurance and banking. An office and industrial expert, he also handles select R&D, retail and land projects. Mr. Van Wormer is also one of the few Triangle brokers to handle award winning transactions in each office, retail and industrial categories. Mr. Van Wormer is highly regarded for his friendly demeanor, attention to detail, strategic negotiating skills and unquestionable character. Bob graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and he is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
