Robert Hoyt has over 15 years of experience as a professional in the commercial real estate industry making him a strong and experienced advocate to his diverse group of clients. Mr. Hoyt focuses primarily on tenant and buyer representation. He has completed numerous transactions totaling more than 3,000,000 square feet spanning nearly all types of commercial property including office, flex, industrial and retail. Mr. Hoyt’s corporate services and investment expertise focuses of the development of detailed client-specific market studies, providing comprehensive financial lease analysis, lease vs. purchase analysis, and customized cash flow models for lease and purchase options. His extensive market knowledge, business and development contacts, and investment sales education serve as resources to his clients’ varied real estate needs.

Mr. Hoyt graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
