Rodney Judd joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 and is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Industrial team. Mr. Judd has been active in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Mr. Judd specializes in industrial/warehouse, land, and development sales and leases. He has created a strong Cushman & Wakefield presence along the I-81 Corridor (Virginia to Pennsylvania).
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Judd was a Vice President with Grubb & Ellis since 1999. Prior to this, Mr. Judd was Vice President of Real Estate Disposition for Host Marriott Corporation. During his 18 year tenure with Host he was known for his development/disposition skills. Mr. Judd was known nationally as a strong negotiator with a reputation for "closing the deal."
Mr. Judd has listed and marketed over 1 million square feet of industrial/ warehouse space and most recently represented FedEx Ground Logistics in the purchase of their proposed Hagerstown Hub and Lenox Corporation in the sale of their Williamsport, MD distribution center. He has developed a market entry program for a regional restaurant chain; and led the selection process for the development of a Kraft Foods Distribution Warehouse.

Mr. Judd received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Syracuse University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia.
