A member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group for almost five years, Ryan solely advises office tenants in the Washington DC Metro area with a focus on Northern Virginia. Ryan’s roles include strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiation, and transaction management.
Prior to C&W, Ryan lived in Spain for ten months, where he resided in six different cities. Before Spain, Ryan worked in hospitality sales in Bethesda, MD for three years, while living and working as a resident staff member at Georgetown Preparatory School. Ryan has also worked in London, UK.
Ryan is a member and Co-Chair of the Washington DC Chapter for the Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL) Group, and a member of the C&W’s Technology Practice Group. He is also a member and Events and Education Committee Co-Chair of the Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association (CREBA) of DC
He is a licensed real estate professional in the Commonwealth of Virginia and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
Awards & Associations
Ryan is actively involved with the Enzler Society at Catholic Charities, where he volunteers at the Spanish Catholic Center, which provides medical care, job training, and additional resources to immigrants in the DC area, and the Youth Transitional Program at Catholic Charities’ East Men's Shelter, which provides temporary housing and support for homeless adolescent males.
As a part of CWFL, Ryan helps coordinate their charity efforts throughout the year. These include providing Thanksgiving Dinner to local underprivileged families, raising money for the Race for Hope, benefiting brain cancer research, donating and packaging Christmas gifts at the Salvation Army, and participating in the JDRF Real Estate Games, raising money and awareness for Juvenile Diabetes.
Ryan is also an active member of the Boston College and Georgetown Prep alumni associations.
