Sam McGill joined Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates as Vice President with primary responsibilities for asset leasing, corporate occupier, and investor services. Mr. McGill works with landlords to provide strategic leasing programs that enhance asset value, maximize cash flow, and decrease carrying and transaction costs. Sam works to ensure that timing, positioning, risk, and prospects are accurately evaluated to support ownership strategy.
Mr. McGill works diligently with landlords in markets throughout Greater Pittsburgh. His clients benefit from a custom-designed marketing and leasing program that promotes a property’s strengths and benefits to tenants and the brokerage community. The end result is maximizing property value and occupancy levels while reducing risk and maintaining asset flexibility.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, Mr. McGill worked as an analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle. As an analyst with JLL, Sam was responsible for providing professional, financial, and day to day support to commercial users, occupiers, and investors of real estate. His focus was primarily directed toward client facing, corporate, tenant solutions. At JLL, Mr. McGill’s account responsibilities included RBS, Citizens Financial Group, and The Lubrizol Corporation.
